WHAT IS PROVIDED:

Space for your booth, tables for larger booths, & 3 chairs (2 chairs for 5' x 6' booth). (GET A DISCOUNT FOR BRINGING YOUR OWN!)

Some booths have pipe & drape (best to hang a banner from) the width of your booth up to 10', or a wall behind you. Please request when booking! First come first serve!

Free Electricity is available for most booths. Please request when booking! First come first serve!

25 min Speaker slot is included if you promote the event to your contacts. Please request when booking! Limited additional or extended speaker spots can be purchased for $50.

Listing on our Website. Please submit a Headline & Description for your Booth + Title & Description for your Presentation.

Free In-Person Business and Marketing help in our weekly live Entrepreneur meetings 2-4pm Wednesdays at the Shugyo Empowerment Center for the entire month of August. (Call for more info).

Bring your Own:

Small table (card table or 2' x 4' is best) for small booths (6x8 or 6x6). Hotel tables are too big.

Optional: Tables and chairs for your larger booth if you want a discount (Please inform us at time of booking!)

Banners, signs, flyers, business cards, mailing list forms, pens, bungee cords, extension cords, lights, colorful tablecloth, etc.
